A Fat Girl, Cake and Diet Coke

This is just one of a few posts I'll likely make today. But I wanted to get this down and properly thought out. I've always been a big girl. My gradeschool best friend called me 'Godzilla' and the like... But when I hit Grade 12, I started to lose weight. After graduation, I got kind of obsessed with the gym. Every day before work, I went to the gym. I had a super strict diet and ended up getting to 148. It went up and down, like expected, but I was fitter. Still had curves, my broad build and tits and ass, but I was healthier.

I moved to Canada 5 years ago, was in love and drank/ate crap without working out. I got big again.

About two years ago, I started working out again and... Nothing. I just kept getting bigger. I walk to work every day, which is a little over an hour, eat overall not too bad, run around at work and nothing. I have PCOS. It's just been shit. But today, I decided that I need to try harder. Going to buy a scale tonight to have constant ability of checking it (Which helped a lot last time.)

Anyway. I have a 75 pound goal to take me back to 150. Currently, I have a 'reward' for every 25 pounds, but I'm not sure if that is too spread out, moreso the lower it gets. I also don't have any ideas on what to do for myself when I lose the first 25.

Currently-225

Weight lost- 0

Below 200 goal reward-
175 Goal reward- Two outer labia piercings
150 Goal reward- FINAL, Ideal weight- Lockheed Tattoo up my left lower leg.

  2. I'm 5'4 myself. Anything smaller than 140 will look...sickly on me. Due to my broad build.

  3. Yeah, I would like to be 115 again, even if I should strive for 130 lol I'm 5'2, 160, I could use a diet something bad >< sadly I adore food too much.

I will follow with intent and maybe it'll give me my kick in the ass to lose some weight

  5. Hey hun! If this is at all something you're into, I've been tracking my exercise and diet on myfitnesspal.com... it's very customizable, I love it! It makes my ocd so very, very happy. Just a suggestion if you need a tool like that! I have trouble keeping tack of everything otherwise... Following your blog, this is a great idea! *hug*
